cold weather running
got the urge to take the vert out in 3 degree weather (top up) just to see how it would run. everything went fine but when i would first turn (out of my driveway) it seemed like the rear differential was sticking/skipping. like when you make a tight turn in a 4wd. it did it a couple of times but only after sitting for 20 min. or so. could it be that the gear lube hadn't got into action yet? i also noticed a little trans fluid in drops along the driveway where i pulled in. nothing on ground where parked. i haven't gotten under it to see where the trans leaked but cold weather may have compromised a seal too? i don't really know how to check the differential other than to check to see that it is full. anyone else have similar cold weather problems?
