I see the same good results gapping either at 35 or 38 with my 100 dry shot. I've been able to go as high as 40 without any problems but the one time I went above, to 42, an electrode got burnt off during some hard runs.

I tested a lot and here´s what came out to be best and SAFE!!
100 shot .38
150 shot .35
200 shot .34 (150 wet, 50 dry dual stage)
225 shot .33 (150 wet, 75 dry dual stage)
That´s what I did and my plugs and pistons look like new after some serios nitrous runs!!!
