turn up the passenger side light manually
take off the black bezel around the headlight (3 screws)
reach down with a small hand/arm and you can get the light.
Push the tab on the light and twist and pull it down and out of the housing.
Be careful not to lose the washer on the plug and don't touch the new bulb with your fingers
put in the new bulb, tab and twist.
close hood and replace bezel with screws
That should do it for you. Biggest tip is to get someone with a small arm to get down there.
