They'll fit a non-tubbed C5 too.
But creating more inner fender clearance doesn't change the wheel offset, or how much that wheel will stick OUT of the C5 fender, which is the problem you'll run into with ZR1 wheels.
Think flared/widened qtr panels if you want to run those wheels.
