Default C5 Mag Ride Shocks

My 2003 Aniversary Coupe has 20,000 miles on it and I have been told that I may need shocks.

Not an inexpensive venture with Magnetic Ride

Now since I am not seeing any error codes and don't have any handling or ride problems

I am taking a long trip this summer to the Black Hills Corvette event from Texas and want to make sure I won't have any problems

So can anyone out there tell me how to check them out

Thanks

What makes you think that you may need new shocks? My 03 has 40k miles on the F55, with no problems. These are supposed to be a very good system.

If you are having a rough ride, you should make sure the stuffers have been removed from the shocks. My rears were not removed until last week. Look for a yellow pull tab hanging out from the shock boot.

I'd get a second opinion. These are very reliable evidently or there would be a lot of pissing and moaning going on on these boards

My wifes '03 AE vert. with 26K and my '04 vert. with 13K have no issues.
