power window cables

Default power window cables
So i replaced my drivers side power window motor and thought i had everything good to go. Wrong. Somehow I fudged the cables up and they grinded. Now they are beyond repair and I need help trying to locate new cables. Can i just by the same size and cut to fit or can I get a whole new cable and pulley assembly?
