I have two friends in the auto body buisness. One is a body and fender guy who uses PPG water born and he would charge about 5k. The other is a NCRS restorer and ex-judge,and his primary buisness is old vettes and resto,walk into his shop at any given time and their is million dollar in cars,he uses Sikens paint he gets 10k. I actually ask about re-clearing my car,and basically sand down the old clear I guess that will rid of the orange peel and re-clear and that is 3k. He did tell me if I keep the same color he wouldn't have to the jams and that would save some$$
