B&B Bullet Exhaust
I have a 6 spd 01 Convertible with 50k miles and last friday afternoon I had my Bullet system with dual 4 Inch tips installed. I also had a Blackwing filter kit installed and I am extremely satified with my purchase. The exhaust is just about perfect for my taste. A nice deep throaty rumble and a nice aggressive sound under throttle. I love the nice backfire that occurs when you downshift and/or let off the accelerator. I was going to go either Borla Stingers or the Bullets and I am very satisfied with my decision. I just thought I'd share my review in case anybody was shopping around. Thanks.

Got a quick question for you guys. Im in the process of changing out my exhaust and was going to go with GHL bullets. Ive heard that once you have them you wont get anything else (but there are always exceptions) but before I heard that I was leaning between B&B Bullets or Stingers. So I guess my question is, Ive heard B&B bullets get almost too loud, is that the case??

As long as you don't have any plans for serious mods your Bullets shouldn't get to loud. If you go with a Head/Cam/CAI, headers, X-pipe, No cats and bigger gear, it can get really loud and the drone is terrible. I had Borla stingers and they were to loud with all those mods. Had to switch to Ti z06 exhaust and now its perfect-Exhaust is Quiet at idle and cruise but at WOT they really sound great.

After heads cam long tubes the B&B Bullets are stupid loud, + resonance etc... I had to get rid of my set.
I went the GHL Bullets soon after all my engine mods and will not have another system on my car.
