Forgot to mention...if you have power running to the visors for a vanity mirror, I had a tough time fishing the connector out and finally popped the round bezel itself out (after removing the visor) which made it much easier. If you look at the round bezel after popping the visor out you'll see slots in the tabs that hold it in place, insert a small screwdriver into one of the slots and gently pry the bezel out. Don't know if I'm doing a good job of describing this! Let me know if I'm not making any sense.
