I have a P1SC on my Z, it was on the car when I purchased about 2 months ago. I noticed there was some belt wear, and the 2 top most pulleys do not seem to be aligned and they are at an angle causing the belt to bind against the 2nd pulley and squealing. The 2nd pulley on top and the one right below it (think it is the tensioner) seem to be aligned.
It is like the main pulley attached to the SC is to far back toward engine.
Is this a known problem? What is the best way to correct?

1999 hardtop 6spd: With pisc installed myself has about 14,000miles on it all pulleys line up fine no problem.
There might be a 100 threads about this in the FI section. You can buy a pulley alingnment tool and check them yourself. If I remember correctly when I had my P1SC, the metal spacers where the bracket attaches to block have washers in them. It has been a while since I had mine so I don't remember exactly. Good luck. BTW, I have a couple of brand new Gooyear belts left over from mine if you need a new one or want a back up. $20 shipped and you can have them. Just let me know what size or if you need them.
I would contact Pro Charger...go here for contact info: http://www.procharger.com/contact.shtml
...they can email you a P1SC. installation guide in a PDF file ..I still have my install guide that shows you how to do the correct pulley alignment...
