gas gauge sometimes 'sticks' in an '03' vert... I'm assuming it's a bad gauge - but can it be a problem in the tank itself - meaning the part that sends the level of gas in the tank just does not work. - the symptom is that the qauge sometimes tells me the true gas reading, and sometime it just shows it just 'sticks' at the level it last showed when it was correct...
Use only top tier gasoline (CHEVRON, TEXACO, SHELL, etc) and a periodic dose of TECHRON to reduce the chances of it occurring or relieve the symptoms. Some of those brands already have TECHRON in their mix, but it's not concentrated enough to remove the sulfur deposits.
