Will be needing new tires soon and considering one of the above (17/18). Anyone run any of these, if so which would you recommend. The car is putting down north of 400 hp and I intend to track the car. I'm also running C6Z51 sways and Z06 shocks, so what would you recommend for track/street duty in sumer only tire.
I have been very satisfied with my INVOs... price wise they are a great value (discount tire direct has best $$$))...their ride & handling is excellent & quiet too. Only consideration you may want know is they start with 5/32nds tread depth...but, mine have over 12,000 miles and still have more miles than that left...the only other tire I would run would be those Michelin Pilot Sports they put on the ZR-1....but who has that kinda money to spend (these days) ??
and BTW, the rears, when heated up & inflated down for hard launches, stick as well as those Nitto Drag Radials did for me...
I have NT 555s on my 03, in stock sizes. I haven't had them long enough to be able to comment on how they wear. They are noticeably quieter than the stock Goodyears, although not a miracle, and they improved the car's ride - it isn't nearly as stiff. The car doesn't road walk as bad either. I like them.

I have Nitto 555 RII's on my 03 Z06 and love them. Just got a new set of rears that will go on the car when it comes out of storage (hopefully soon!). Definitely quiet, a very smooth ride, and hook great. Can't go wrong with either choice though. Good luck!
I have 555's on my 02. They are pretty quite but break traction very easy in lower gears (even on hot summers day). I've had them for almost 2 years and they still have a lot of meat on them. If your looking for a good reasonably priced tire that rides good here you go.
I installed INVOs in the available 295 width on my 2002 stock rear 18" wheels..and they work fine....but, fyi, the recommended max width for 18" '02 factory stock wheels is 285 ...

are you 100% certain of this? i didn't measure mine when they were new but I was certain it was more like 10/32. i just looked at the spec info on nitto's site and it says 10/32.............
