Default After Battery Replacement?

What systems have to be reset? I know the windows on the cpe have to be re-indexed.What else?

You are right. I didn't have to do anything with my C5s.I meant to
post in the C6 board.Thanks again.

Sit in driver's seat.Push driver's window button & open window completely .Once window is open,continue to depress window button for 5 sec.Then close window,keeping button depressed for 5 sec when closed position is reached.Staying in driver's seat,repeat procedure for passenger window.
If the procedure is done correctly,you'll see the window make a slight upward movement as the door is closed.

No offense meant, but that doesn't sound like a C-5, rather it does sound like a C-6
