need help

put in a new battery last night and the gauges started dancing when I went to start it this morning. It fired up on the first try,but I need to find what is causing the needles to move. Any ideas?

What's the history? Why did you change the battery? Check your cables again.

I agree with Lucky, sounds like your battery cables might not have made good connection(s) if that's all you did and if it was working right before.

sounds like a ground issue
