Default Need help LIFTING my C5...

For some reason my car seems to ride lower than everyone elses. Depending on how 'settled' the suspension is, I get ~ a 2 finger gap between the front tires and the fender, as well as ~ 1" clearance to the rubber spoiler from the ground. I've followed the lowering procedure in reverse to the limit of the stock bolts to get it where it is (at one time it was around a 1 finger gap, and < 3/4" clearance to the spoiler). While I think it looks badass, I live in the mountains, and can't drive anywhere. I bought the car with 5k miles on it, but the original owner said it hadn't been lowered. The rubber bushings on the front don't look cut either (their is the base of the bushing, plus 3 'ribs'). However, the bushings do seem to compress and squish quite a bit. Would a new set of bushings help? Any other recommendations? I thought about trying a Z51 (I'm F45) transverse leaf in the front, but those things are high! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
