Default Weird! No start in warm weather!!

Hey guys-

New problem. Whenever my car sits in the sun for four or more hours, I can't get it to start. I turn the key and nothing, no click from starter, I check the battery voltage on the DIC and it's always around 11.7V. The lights and everything work, I just can't get it to start. After turning the key for anywhere between 8-20 minutes, my baby fires with no problems. I took her to autozone and had the battery tested and they said it was good. When she sits in the garage, she starts just fine after 2 days of sitting. ANyone have any ideas?

Are you sure it is not just an ignition switch problem?
Maybe the heat does something to the contacts.
It might be worth removing and cleaning the ignition switch. There is a post that shows how to do that.

The good new is, you can reproduce the problem every time, which means you can find the issue. Use a DMM and the attached schematic.
