Very nice!!!
Too bad the price of the engine is the same as the entire book value of my '01z.

Sorry about that, the price does not include installation and tuning, add $2500 for installation, $500 for tuning, re-tunes are $75.

Thats a nice build as well, we sell them too but with the LS2/LS7 457 you get better power to weight ratio utilizing the aluminum block. It also keeps the weight distribution perfect. We do have some iron block Corvette customers as well but for the most part people dont like to add weight to the front end when it comes to Corvettes.

I wanted to get the iron block to handle a lot of boost, and remain reliable for a long time. So far,I have the block, and just ordered a Callie's Magum XL crank, Callie's I-Beam rods, AP Stainless rings, Coated main and rod bearings, Main studs, Melling Oil pump, and Crower Lifters. In a few weeks, I will order Trick Flow 238 heads, then spec a cam.I am shooting for 1000 RWHP under boost.

Pictured here with All Pro LSW heads and Jesel rockers and a factory LS7 intake.
What type of sleeve do you install?
What is the finished bore in the 457?
What is the finished bore in the 460?
Do both of these motors use a non-center counterweighted 4.250 inch stroke crankshaft?
What is the cost adder for the ALL PRO LSW-12 heads with the JESEL rocker arms?

http://www.race-car-replicas.com/rcr70_photo_album.html RCR-Superlite Coupe is what it is. Its the 5th evoulution of the car I think( or at least I think thats what the owner had said)
The Factory Five kit is pretty nice looking as well.
