I've not been on the C5 forum before (I'm a C3 guy), but I have a question for a buddy. He just bought an '04...beautiful condition though in need of tires (original runflats with 42k miles on them...must be a record).
He brings the car home...later in the day less than two blocks from house a front tire blows out. The car doesn't have an owners manual with it and he doesn't know where the jacking points are. Can anyone here tell me where the jacking points under the car are so I can let him know (he's three hours away from me).
Any advice is much appreciated and I do thank you in advance.
I don't want to take away from the company that makes the aluminum pucks, but the best thing to use are a couple of ice hockey pucks and some 1 inch eye hooks. It is a little cheaper and you get better grip out of the rubber from the pucks.

I never could find hockey pucks in Florida for some reason. I like the pucks C5Bearsfan sells here. The aluminum ones I have from fleabay I glued a piece of thin rubber on and now it's slip resistant.
