Default Bought the wrong tire size....

so I bought 275/40/17 for the front of my 2002 z06. I just realized I was supposed to buy 265's. I searched the forum, and found out they will fit witout rubbing...but are they going to hurt my performance at all?

They should give you no problems at all.

They will be fine. I run 275/35/18's on the front of my 04 C5Z06 and have no problems with any rubbing.

what tires are you running in the rear? the 275/40/17 are tall tires so you would need like a 305/35/18 so your front tire doesnt look alot bigger than the rear tire.

If you are running the stock size tire in the rear your fronts will be 25.7 in overall diameter and your rears 26.1. You will be fine regarding stagger and any AH/TCS issues as well as appearance.
