Difference in exhaust plates???
What is the difference between this exhaust plate on ebay and the one that most places sell for around a $100+, they look the same to me, and a hell of a lot cheaper! http://cgi.aol.ebay.com/ebaymotors/w...479170&r=0&t=0

Same old crap. Everyone has em. They cost $20 to make. and most of the money is in the C5 Logo. The C5 already has enough logos on it. Everywhere you look there is another logo. It does not need one in the exhaust area. However...It does need a plate to cover that blank space. I chose to use one that actually look like it serves a function. It's a vented wraparound plate.

I'm making my own out of sheet metal and a rear deck emblem. Total cost will be less than $25 and it will be red to match my car! Need to go buy some double sided tape and then I can install and post some pics.
