i want to paint the front and rear brake calipers on my nassau blue '98. i know that i need high temp paint but can't find any high temp or caliper paint close to the color of my car. all i can find is regular blue. i have been to many stores and websited. does anyone out there know where to get any that is close to nassau blue. thanks. :chevy
I used Rust Oleum, not a high temp paint. Over a year later, no problems. Unless you are a regular road racer, don't worry about the high temp paint. Good luck.
There 's a place here in Houston that will mix your GM paint code into an aerosol can for you...that way the paint will closely match your cars paint. I just bought some to do my fuel rail covers.....we'll see how it goes.
The paint was $14.95 for a 16oz. can....much better than the Fitchner price of $7.95 for a 5oz. can. I had found a place on the web that would do it for 19.95 a can (16oz.)
