Car is Locking/Unlocking Without My help

Just like the title says guys, its locking/unlocking and I am not doing so using the key fob.

The fobs are in the "passive off" position. I recently had a dead battery and replaced it with a new one, other than that, everything is unchanged. Have we seen this before and what's the fix? Appreciate your help and thanks.

Not an uncommon problem with 99s, mine did it too. Try switching the passive switch on and off 15-20 times and see if it helps, sometimes this fixes it. Otherwise just get a new fob without the passive feature. You may be able to turn off the passive feature with the dic under options, I know you can stop the horn from blowing every time each time it locks and unlocks. B\G

Switching the passive on-off switch 20X worked with both fobs.
