Help/Advice needed clutch install

ITS BACK IN!!!!!
Took me awhile (month and a half) to get the torque tube back in, but it is finally back in. I had the pressure plate/clutch plate on and off twice and lossened about 10 times to get the alignment perfect. Thanks for a great write up Dope.

Wow that's the longest time for a clutch install. 
Since the beer ran out on day one and the friends ran out as well I was left to reinstall mine by myself on a sunday. What to do? So I came up with using a pair of 15' ratcheting tie down straps. One per side. Hooked one end the the tranny and the other to the front end of the car, lower control arms I think. I just equally ratcheted each strap a bit while wiggling the torque tube and it went right in.
At least you got it finished.
