No, it was the service manual that is a dual purpose manual for both the Dodge Magnum and the Chrysler 300. The 300 has the cabin filter & the Dodge does not, but the manual does not differentiate between them (in that regard, and just says that cabin filter should be replaced in X miles).

Some of the major parts vendors sell a pre-cut piece of foam that goes in the cowl area and covers the vent slots. It doesn't actually filter the interior air, but it does keep small junk like leaves and dirt from getting into your ventilation system.
