BlackWing install question
My Vette came with a Halltech TRIC intake but I’m changing it out with a BlackWing. (I don’t want any water issues) Reading the install instructions why do I need to take the negative wire off my battery for the BlackWing install?

You don't NEED to, but, it will put the computers to sleep and when they wake up, they will 'learn' the new intake. It's a five minute deal while you are under the hood. It's not necessary though. The car will learn on it's own.
