Default Service Manual help needed.........

I was hoping someone with a service manual could post up the section on removal and installation of the windshield.
I also need to confirm the part# for the windshield itself. Non-HUD model glass.
Maybe the model # for the weatherstrip as well just in case I can't re-use the one in the car.

Windshield Replacement
Tools Required
J 24402-A Glass Sealant Cold Knife Remover
J 39032 Stationary Glass Removal Tool
Urethane Adhesive Kit or Equivalent
Isopropyl Alcohol or Equivalent
Cartridge-type Caulking Gun
Commercial-type Utility Knife
Razor Blade Scraper
Suction Cups
Plastic Paddle
Removal Procedure
Open the hood.
Lower the door windows.

Important
Before cutting out a stationary window, apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces and inner trim.


Remove the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement in Wipers/Washer Systems.
Remove the roof lift off panel (coupe) or lower the folding top (convertible).



Remove the hood air inlet screen seal. Refer to Seal Replacement - Hood Rear in Body Front End.



Remove the air inlet screen panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
Remove the lower windshield supports (1) from the cowl panel, if equipped.



Remove the rearview mirror. Refer to Rearview Mirror Replacement .

Caution
If broken glass falls into the defroster outlets, it can be blown into the passenger compartment and cause personal injury.


Cover to protect the following parts from broken glass:
Upper dash pad.
Defroster outlets and A/C outlets.
Seats and carpeting.




Remove the windshield weather-strip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement .



Remove the windshield side reveal moldings. Refer to Side Reveal Molding Replacement .



Remove the windshield side garnish moldings and retainer clips from the windshield frame



Remove the 4 rearmost screws that attach the top of the fender to the wheelhouse.

Important
Tape or otherwise protect the fender from the cutting tool.


Reposition the top of the fender for tool access.




Important
Keep the cutting edge of the tool against the window.


This will allow the urethane adhesive to be separated from the window.
Leave a base of urethane on the pinchweld flange.
The only suitable lubrication is clear water.
Use J 24402-A , J 39032 or equivalent in order to remove the window.




Remove the bottom of the window from the urethane adhesive using a long utility knife or similar tool. Keep the cutting edge of the utility knife against the glass. Do this from inside the vehicle.



Remove the windshield (1) from the vehicle with the aid of an assistant (2) .
Installation Procedure
Install a stationary window into the opening. Refer to Urethane Adhesive Installation of Stationary Windows .



Install the windshield side reveal moldings. Refer to Side Reveal Molding Replacement .



Install the windshield weatherstrip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement .




Notice
Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.


Install the fender mounting screws. Tighten
Tighten the fender upper flange screws to 1.9 N·m (17 lb in).





Install the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement in Body Front End.



Install the air inlet screen seal. Refer to Seal Replacement - Hood Rear in Body Front End.
Install the windshield wiper arms and washer hoses. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement in Wipers/Washer Systems.



Install the windshield side garnish moldings.



Remove the rearview mirror. Refer to Rearview Mirror Replacement .
Install the roof lift off panel (coupe) or raise and close the folding top (convertible).
Close the door windows.
Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces and the interior trim.
Close the hood.
