I have a 97 the fuel pumps dont come on when i turn the key on. Im not getting any fuel pressure. I tried to get a book on this thing to see if there were any relays, but I was told they dont make one. Also the fuse is good.

So you are saying you checked the fuel pressure at the rail, and you have zero.......also, you cannot hear the pump run?
You were told "they" don't make a service manual for your car? You were lied to.......
Service manuals for your 97 are available. They are like three big phone books and cost around $150. (at least the ones for a 99 are) They may also be out on discs but I prefer the books. Do yourself a big favor if you plan on keeping your car for a while and doing as much of your own work as you can and buy them. That way you get almost all your questions answered without frustrating the few impatient but extremely knowledgeable people on this forum. ( most people on here are very friendly, patient and know there stuff and are always willing to help, even the ones that sometimes seem to have an attitude will go above and beyond to help, they just like to see posters try to find the answers by doing a "search" first) Welcome to the forum.
Yes. Remove the relay, and check for 12 volts and ground using the schematic I provided... You can also use a jumper across 30 and 87 to see if the pump will run.
Ok bro, trying to help here.......but you don't seem to be following.
....and here's where someone like me get's accused of being impatient. It's difficult to help when you don't even answer the questions asked....or acknowledge the suggestions and info provided.
sorry but my car is half an hour away by the time i left to replace the relay i didnt see you had posted yet. i appologize what was your question? I checked fuel pressure at the fuel rail nothing came out just a little trickle, but thats supposed to be somewhere around 40psi?right? and yea when i turn the key on i cant hear the pump come on.

You asked if there was a book available..I provided the service manual schematic with the contact numbers that correspond to the relay itself.
You asked if there is anyway of telling the relay is bad, and I told you how to check that.....and suggested jumpering the relay socket to make the fuel pump run.
