Power Steering
I have a 1998 Indy Pace Car, six speed. I have owned the car for six years and have always had a problem with the power steering. Sometimes I have it other times not. I was under the dash today and noticed the steering wheel sensor pickup coil could be moved around an inch back and fourth. I moved it to the six oclock position and when I moved the car the power steering worked better than it has in years. The question is does this pickup coil have anything to do with the magnasteer system on the car??
