Default Ped 34?

My brother and I were taking out the passenger side turn signal to install the front blackouts on his 99 frc and noticed that there was a wire that isn't plugged into anything. There is nothing around the wire that looks like it would plug into anything. The wire is labeled PED 34. Any help?

I'm not familiar with any "wire" being labeled as such. PED is consistent with what would be molded into a connector. What color are the wires?

Sorry yes it is a plastic connector at the end of some wires. As for the color, I'm not sure because they are covered in plastic.

If you want to know what system it's for, you need to provide the wire color, how many wires, etc.

Just a guess, but maybe an ambient air temp sensor if it was by the front turn signals...If it wasnt plugged into anything, he probably has manual heater controls? Just a guess.
