paint???
hey everyone was just wondering how much $$ i would be looking at to either repaint my car the same color (black) or hugger orange or get a custom paint job (like a 2 tone). also if u guys want to post some pics of ur paint jobs and the prices that would be great. thanks!

Your question is like asking how much should I expect to pay for a house?
Your answer will depend on who does the painting, what level of quality, where you live ( notice that you give no information about yourself so as to help the CF membership to accurately answer your questions), the condition of your car,what brand paint, on and on. I won't even try to guessimate a custom spray job, too many variables.
I do all my own painting and paint materials are expensive ($1500-$2000). Guessimate for a simple prep ( no body work), OEM color and clear spray job would be $5,000 and up ( not Earl Scheib or Miracle).
My advise is too get informed as to what you want , then get recommendations for paint shops in your area and then estimates.
Maybe one of our CF members can be more specific to your local and paint quality.
