had my afrs 205s milled to 62cc what size push rod do i need
7.350 or7.375 or will the stock 7.400 work ls1engine

Why guess? Use a pushrod checker, and install with confidence..

It depends on what rockers you are using. If you are using aftermarket rollers (which I would assume you are) then you have to figure out valve wipe first. Then you can figure out pushrod length. Every motor is a little different. You can probably guess and get close, but best to check with pushrod checker. They are only $20. There are some good write ups here and on other forums like LS1 tech. Hope that helps.

So you lost approximately .024 in milling? No change in head gasket thickness (from stock)? With an aftermarket cam you might be close to stock length of 7.385. But of course you still have to measure to be sure. And as Pete said, check your wipe first.
