Default Thinking about adding NO2

I have been craving more power lately. I am wondering about Nitrous Oxide, seems to a good choice as I dont need it all the time, and I dont want to spend thousands on upgrades right now (thats a whole nother discussion, upgrade motoe to big cubic inch, supercharger or just get a C6) anyway how much nitrous is "safe" and who has the best system.

Thanks

Well it all depends on what you want and your power expectations. Do you have any current modifications to your car? I will say on a stock block car a 100-150 shot tends to be the norm for a simple nitrous application. As for safe you can go higher as long as you have the fuel and tuning right.

I will add I personally started off my nitrous mods with a 300 dollar dry kit and a FJO controller. I currently have progressed though into a direct port setup with a stand alone fuel cell and extensive electronics and controls (around 3k worth of stuff).

personally Im staying at a 100 shot until I upgrade fuel pumps. And just get all you safety devices inline. Pull 2 degrees for every 50 shot and ad some n20 plugs and you should be good. I personally like n20 outlets plate kit. Be prepared to be addicted.

I would recomment a 100 hp wet shot from Nitrous outlet. If you wanted to cut down on parts and upgrade your injectors you could do a dry kit instead of the wet. I like all there stuff and Dave is active on the forums as well as his employees. I personally run all his stuff.
