Default What are these things???
Along the frame rails in the engine compartment are white clips over some kind of plugs; two on each side. Does anyone know what these are for?? Thanks!

If this is what you are talking about they are the cradle bolts.

They provide a path to ground, in the event your car is struck by lightening.

Ok thanks, mine look a little different but that is the general location of the front ones, and they are white. On my '04 the top appears to be held in place by clips. I would like to paint over these along with the frame rail. Do you think it will matter?? Thanks
