Default Replacing the 2003 Fog lights ?

I'd like to get a better or more illuminting replacement #899 bulb for my 2003 fog lights, and have found a #893/37.5 watts and a 5900K rating. Is there a bulb that would be an upgrade to the stock bulb ? I can't find any bulb information in my owners manual.

I used Sylvania 885's in mine. They are 50 watt.

I use these also, with proper aiming, they are actually useful.

I have the 50 watt bulbs in mine too. They are quite a bit more brighter than stock, but as noted above, you really need to have your long torx driver ready some evening to aim them up to where they are more effective.

Get some hids since the fog housing are projectors and it will make regular bulbs look like a kids flashlight. You actually could use just your fogs without using your stock headlamps if you wanted to. That's how much better the light output is.

A lot brighter, just have to mount the ballasts for the HID's but was pretty easy overall.

Yup 2 connectors and that's it. It will take you the same amount of time and there is a crap load of room to mount the ballast(you could stuff a midget in their) that is the only tough choice as to where to put them.(I mounted mine under the brake duct)
