I did it: 2002 Z06 rims on a ´98 coupe with ´98 sensors. As the sensors changed with the rims in 2000 or 2001 ???, the sensors did not fit to the rim. I did not have bigger O-rings, the dealer did not have time, so we mounted them without sensors.
Ride and look is great, no disadvantages!

Thanks for the post. Really like the chrome wheels and the 10.5 width but would really like to keep the sensors if possible. Do you think that o-rings would have worked or are there other issues?
