help.. motor swap, wont run

Default help.. motor swap, wont run
put in an ls3 now it wont stay running, cranck it over and it revs up but slowly dies with in 2 to 3 seconds what do i do

no codes coming up,, TSP told me if it started up like dookie that the cam shaft positioning sensor was backwards so the first go around sure enough it did and it through the cam shaft positioning imput high code so i fliped the harness and clearedthe code but now it still wont stay running
