Installing C6 sways this weekend

Installing C6 sways this weekend
I searched for a while for instructions. I know its suppose to be easy to do but I've heard varying stories about supporting the car, letting the axle drop free, putting it on ramps, etc... So, who can tell me the best way to do this. I'm not too worried about perfection as I'm a casual performance driver (weekend auto cross like twice a year).
As an aside I'm not replacing the links, just the bar.
Interested in things like the above as well as any install tricks, any lubrication and torque settings would be great too.
