Dash Lights don't work
My 1990 Corvette runs great, NO mechanical problems. Everything about the car is in perfect shape except the DASH LIGHTS do not work...even when the headlights are on. In addition, the SEAT BELT and CHANGE OIL LIGHT--- STAYS ON and I can’t reset set it. The air conditioner works great, the horn blows, the inside door lights and map lights work. Have checked all fuses.
I put in a new ECM, which did not fix it. Now I am told that it is probably the BCM. However, in some of the online forms I have read, it seems that if there is a problem with the BCM that the car will not run right. Any help or suggestions you have would be appreciated and I will pass on to my son who does my mechanical work.
