My Telescoping steering wheel system don`t move in or out! Nothing helps, Soft Stop Programming Procedure didn`t help and the steering wheel is so out it`s difficult to drive. The system makes knock noice, the wire or something is trying to move it, but it`s stuck or something?! ANY HELP, any idea, I BEG YOU!!! I have trying to push the steering wheel hard, no help.

mine was stuck for the first several months I had my car. all the way out. looks like its controlled by the SCM. eventually mine freed itself up and its been working fine since. it just fixed itself so I don't know what was wrong with it.

I'd suggest:
cycle power to the car, unplug the battery for a few minutes and plug it back in. it could be there's some garbage in the SCM which is confusing the sensors. its able to know where the wheels it in its travel so the memory feature can put it back where it was when you hit the button.

take off the knee bolster and look at the mechanism. you can see it pretty clearly. see if there is anything physically obstructing the screw mechanism from rotating and moving the wheel.

good luck! if you are able to fix it post back so its part of the archives.
