Default what should I do?

Hi everyone!, instead of continuing my old thread that which I am sure most of you are familiar with!, I decided to start a new one.
I just picked up my vert from corvette shop and took it to a closed road to see how the new headers, catlees x-pipe and Flomaster muffler system improved my performance and once again I am a little disappointed! After 10 runs ,average 0- 60 time was exactly the same as before.(5 sec) I have heard that a real tune on dyno would be much better than my diablo predator one, but wasn't I supposed to pick up at least a couple tenths in 0-60 time???
I do not want to continue moding this car, however I would very much like to get under 5 seconds. I have always believed that a corvette is capable of doing it!!! I am trying to find a good tuner in my area now.
As of now I have CAI dual cones, the aforementioned predator tune and headers, what would it take to achieve this goal( breaking under 5 sec.)
I only need to pick up 2 tenths of a sec.

No mention of what year and kind of vette you have ??? Auto or Manual ?? Rear Gear Ratio ???

Tires ??? etc...

No one can give you advice without detailed info, as they would just be guessing

After spending days reading your prior thread and all the suggestions on your O2 sensor wires being crossed and NO action by you to personally check, why would anyone take the time to offer MORE suggestions that fall on deaf ears?

I'm guessing you're just on the street. What are you doing, just looking at your watch or something?

what happened to the Corvette "expert" you last toook the car to - he doesn't do tuning??? Areal tune is the way to go to maximize your mods - but as others have said, much depends on axle ration, trans etc. If you have an auto with 2:73 gear, it not going to have a lot of bottom end ... and timing yourself on the street (with a watch.. or the D.I.C. will never be accurate)

For less than 1/2 the money you've spent so far, you could have had 150hp shot of Nitrous and made your silly 0-60 number easily.
