Default XM installed in C5

Hello All,

Since buying my C5 Z06 last fall, I was looking for a way to install XM radio. I didn't want all the wires from a modulator and the power cable for the XM/Sirius Unit. Rolling Audio in Roseville, CA was able to hardwire the XM Commander where my ash tray was (no cutting required). The ashtray door remains, allowing me to close the door when not in the car for concealment.

They also installed an I-POD controller behind the dash (Aux outlet) and an I-POD charger/cable under the console with an adjustable wire coming out in the center console below the accessory outlet. XM antenna was mounted under the dash where the defroster vent is at. Thanks Neal and crew for doing an outstanding job. I will try and post some pics on my profile here since I can't post pics on threads.

I have included a couple of pics in an album in my profile for anyone wishing to view. If you live in the Sacramento area and are interested in a similar install, send me a PM and I'll shoot you over the info for where I had it done.

Love it. I especially love that you can close the ash tray door over it for concealment.
