Missing bushing/spacer???

Missing bushing/spacer???
Had a "Klunk" in the front of my '99 FRC. While doing some winter mods. to the car I guess a bushing/spacer was left out of the steering rack mount assy. Any way long story short, does anyone know what material the bushing/spacer is made out of.
I have a pdf on my computer of the 1348 page C5 parts catalog and the break-down does not show any thing except a bolt, washer, and nut.

Just a head's up, I'm pretty sure there is only 1 bushing on the steering rack (passenger side?). Is that the one missing? I seem to remember there being no bushing on the other side of the rack.
