P0332 code knock sensor
I have had the P0332 code for the knock sensor on in my C5 for a few months now. I am contemplating on fixing it myself. I am hoping that it is just the knock sensor that is bad and not something actually wrong with the engine. I don't hear anything abnormal. But it does seem like it has some hesitation on acceleration. Would this be because since the knock sensor code is current it is telling the computer to slow the timing of the engine so it doesn't effect anything? Also if I were to do this myself how do I go about getting the intake manifold off? What all do I have to take off to get it removed? Please help.
