need a solvent to remove decals off chrome wheels -

start with something easy like WD-40, or if that doesn't work Acetone.

no asatone you will take off the clear coat. use lighter fluid or miniral spirits there oil based

Vinegar believe it or not. You can take stickers/decals off of just about anything with this stuff. Just soak a rag in some vinegar and lay it on the stickered area and let it sit for a few minutes. Disolves the adhesive and the decals should glide right off.
