perhaps you should tell us what you're trying to accomplish?

if you're just trying to change out rod bolts or something then yes, you can pull the oil pan from the bottom and change them out. if you're trying to pull the pistons then well, i'm not sure. i know with some of the v6 cars i've worked on you couldn't them out from underneath..but i'm not sure on these

i need to get to the rod´s bolts an bearings, and then i´m gona pull the pistons up, the heads are off.

but the question is, do i need to take bit or (the rack) or what it´s called down, or can just take the pan under there

You will need to drop the cradle to lower the entire oil pan. The lower pan will not expose the crank at all. After the oil pan you will need to take off the windage tray. You are better off removing the entire short block.

After you lower the cradle the engine will come out pretty quick. I'll bet it will be more work trying to get the pistons out with the shortblock in. I have had my motor out three times without a lift.
