P0171, P0174, and problem with A/C compressor.

Problem with A/C compressor turning off and on. Fixed.
Symptom: When sitting still the A/C compressor would come on and off.
Problem: Debris in right fan was preventing it from turning, causing the pressure in the a/c system to climb to the safety cut off level from lack of cooling.
Solution: Using help from this thread on how to remove the fans, was able to take out fan assembly and clear debris. Then replaced blown 30A fuse.
This is just for anyone searching in the future.
