Default Need help with window adjustments

So I just bought my first vette a 02 Z06 with 77k for 15.5, yeah I know good deal haha, well I drove it back from Phoneix to San Francisco and had a horrible wind noise.

So I read up on the tip-in-out adjustments and tried doing it but it didn't change any thing and ended up making my drivers side window worse if you see the pics it made the widow unseat from the weather stripping by the mirror of tried to adjust it turning the front jack screw counter and clockwise but it doesn't change anything. Should I be turning it counter clockwise or clockwise to fix it?

I adjusted my window to seal to the weatherstripping
by adjusting the very bottom adjustment on the window regulator, I never turned the small screw adjusters.

Also this was on a vert and sealed up nice and tight

I would have to take the door panel off to do that right?

So I just loosen that bolt on the regulator pull up or down on the window and tighten it?

Is there one for the back too?

No, the nut and stud you 1st want to adjust is at the bottom of the door inside,
its the jack screw behind the red reflector, I had the door panel off so I could see the adjustment
if your talking about the bolts that hold the regulator clamps to the glass you would do those last if you need to adjust up and down

Sorry if i confused you
to get the glass to seal to the weather strip you would turn the jack screw/stud counter clockwise to push the bottom of the glass out and it pushes the top in.

you want to lengthen the stud

Ahh okay well I ended up taking both door panels to adjust the height on both windows so that is taken care of.

But I can't get the window on the drivers side back in the weather stripping where its out up front in the 3rd and 4th pic.

There is another tip in bolt under a plug at the front bottom of the door. That one is just a bolt that slides in a slot.
