Check this out. Post #19 shows EBCM taken apart. If you get it apart just look for the bad solder joints on the relay and solder them up. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...ht=ebcm+repair. This post also gives the part number for a new relay if you need one.
I had one bad joint and soldered it up and it worked ! I have 2001, some earlier models can't be fixed like this so if you have pre 2001 i think you're out of luck as far as repairing. Just do search and you will find a lot of info on the forums.
