maf code
my car was running horrible and i got a "low signal to maf" code, i cleaned my maf with maf cleaner and started it up and ran just fine. i started to put it in reverse and as soon as i put a load on the car it started running horrible again. do i need a new maf? or should i start looking at connections back to the pcm?

Start simple. Go back and look at your intake ducting for cracks or bad/loose/folded connections. Don't just 'LOOK'... take it off, bend it, and INSPECT it. A little crack leaks enough air to throw the maf way off.

well its a p0102 code "low signal to maf" (yes i pull my codes up on my dash all the time). ive been having trouble for some time with it cutting out on the top end and getting the code then, but now its going crazy. i will look the intake over snf get back with you. thanks.
