It's your key. If you have another key try it. The resistor on your key is probley going. You can have a tuner disable that feature.

Ok I don't have a spear so do I just have to buy a new key from the dealership or can the dealership disable it?

Dealer won't disable it. Do a search some people have had success with cleaning. Do a search. A tuner with Hp tuners can disable. I have mine disabled.
